DP Customs 1999-2010 GM HD Frame Support Brace

Reinforce your 2001-2010 GM HD "c channel" truck frame with the DP Customs Frame Support Braces! After years of truck pulling and reviewing data in the Shop Truck, we've witnessed a weak point in the factory frame design in-between the truck's cab & bed. The long distance in the "c channel" frame creates a vulnerable location when torque and leverage is applied in events such as truck pulling. After several seasons of pulling on the “Shop Truck” we’ve found frame damage in this exact area. By adding these braces, we significantly strengthened the mid section of the frame and gave it a fighting chance to resist any future permanent frame damage.

These steel braces are designed with both weight and strength in mind and can also be welded in any open section of your truck's frame where you need rigidity the most. The thoughtful design also allows users to weld a tubular crossmember on the brace's "blank" spot and allows access to inside the frame rails through the triangle openings for cleaning or hardware reaching purposes.
